Arrival & Departure
Check-In: from 2:00 pm - Check-Out: until 11:00 am
However, you are welcome to spend the day of your departure as a real holiday using our swimming pools and sauna area all day long.
Excursions
In summer every week we organize hikes in the surrounding area. The Tourism Association of Chiusa also has a wide range of excursions, hikes and day trips to offer.
Baby crib
We will gladly provide a baby crib free of charge.
Bar
Our own bar in the house Villandro with sunny terrace is open for you daily from 7:30 am.
E-Bike/bicycle rental
You are free to rent our own mountain bikes including helmet and lock from us. We also rent out e-bikes at a daily rate of 45.00 Euro and half-day rate of 35.00 Euro.
Shopping
- In Chiusa, Bressanone, Bolzano and Merano you will find a big variety of shops.
- Opening hours are usually the following: 08 to 12 am & 3 to 7 pm - closed on Sundays.
- The supermarket "Despar" is located at 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel and is daily open. Opening hours: 7:30 to 7:30 pm, on Sunday only in the morning
- In July and August, the shops in Chiusa are open on Thursday until 10 pm.
Events & celebrations
Our premises are particularly suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, company parties, etc. We are happy to advise you and also fulfil your special wishes.
Garage
This is available for our guests at an extra charge of 10,00 € per day. We kindly ask you to park in a way that does not obstruct other guests when entering or leaving. Motorbikes and bicycles can be parked free of charge.
Heating system
In our house the heating system is controlled from the PC at the reception. If you want to keep the room at the ideal temperature, you must keep the windows closed. If you wish to change your room temperature, please let it know at the reception.
Smoking
Our rooms are non-smoking rooms; you will find an ashtray on your balcony. Please note that we have to charge an extra cleaning fee of 50,00 € if you smoke in the room.
Wake-up service
If you have to get up early, just let it know at the reception. We'll be happy to wake you up. If you want breakfast before 7:30 am, please let us know the day before.
Wellness
Indoor swimming pool opening hours: daily from 07 am to 7:30 pm
Sauna area opening hours: daily from 4 to 7:30 pm (winter) & on request (summer).
